Amply Holiday Challenge — Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Amply Holiday Challenge (“Challenge”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Challenge is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Challenge Rules & Submission Requirements

  • Each participant may submit one (1) entry only.
  • All submissions must:
    • Be created by the participant.
    • Be hosted on a webflow.io domain.
    • Fit within the 1000x750px constraint
    • Use Webflow Interactions and/or custom code only (no Rive or Lottie Animations)
  • Submissions must be submitted through the official Challenge submission form by December 17th, 11:59ET.
  • Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

4. Judging & Winners

  • Winners will be selected based on a combination of:
    • Design creativity
    • Technical execution
    • Adherence to the Challenge constraints
    • Level of effort
  • The organizers reserve full discretion in determining winners.
  • Winners will be announced on or around December 19th, 2025 via youtube.com & linkedin.com.

5. Prizes

  • Total prize value is approximately $4,000 USD.
  • Prizes may include physical and/or digital items.
  • Shipping Policy:
    • Physical prizes will only be shipped to eligible countries listed below:
    • United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel.
    • Winners outside of these countries will receive the cash equivalent value in USD instead.
  • The organizers reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • All taxes, duties, and fees associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Participants retain full ownership of their submitted work.
  • By entering, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
    • Display your submission
    • Share it on social media
    • Feature it in marketing materials
    • Use it for promotional purposes related to this Challenge only
  • Proper credit will always be given to the creator.

7. Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant if they:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Submit plagiarized or stolen work
  • Use bots, automation, or fraudulent activity
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Challenge is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
  • The organizers are not responsible for:
    • Technical failures
    • Lost submissions
    • Platform outages
    • Delayed prize delivery due to customs or shipping issues
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any claims related to participation or prize use.

9. Data & Privacy

  • By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email, and submission URL solely for Challenge administration and communications.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of prize fulfillment.

10. Modification or Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to:
    • Modify the Challenge rules
    • Extend deadlines
    • Cancel the Challenge if circumstances require
  • Any material changes will be communicated publicly.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
