An enterprise Webflow website for Pivot
From “modern S2P” to the AI operating system for procurement.
Paris, France
Pivot is an AI-native procurement platform. It runs intake, sourcing, contracts, invoicing and payments on one system, with real-time ERP write-back. More than 100 companies use it, including DoorDash, Lemonade and Wolt. As Pivot moved into US enterprise, we designed and built a new Webflow website to match, then stayed on as a retainer.
A startup website, selling to the Fortune 500
Pivot’s first site was built fast for an early SMB push. It still read “modern S2P”, not “AI operating system for procurement”. Buyers compared Pivot with Coupa and Zip, instead of seeing a new category.
The look was “dated and start-up”. A new typeface and a signature gradient hadn’t reached the web. And the site now had to win over CPOs, CFOs and heads of procurement transformation, not a generic SaaS visitor.

Dark means intelligence, light means product
One rule runs the system: dark sections carry the AI story, light sections show the product.

Strategy first, then a site built to scale
Strategy. We mapped every legacy URL and folded standalone product pages into clear capability areas. Redirects kept the search equity. The navigation came down to six clear paths.
Design. We explored two concepts, then built a full design system. Two key pages, “The AI operating system” and “AI Studio”, set the patterns before we scaled.
Build. In Webflow, we connected HubSpot forms, rebuilt the ROI calculator, and added site search and an MCP page. We migrated the blog, customer stories, events, guides and webinars into the CMS, and set up conversion tracking. Since launch, we’ve stayed on for animation and SEO work.
